📌 Legal Nodes has released a product to create a legal structure of the DAO

Legal Nodes has launched the DAO Legal Wrapper product to create a legal structure for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO). Legal Nodes noted that such organizations often have to interact with the “regular” world — hiring a team, generating intellectual property and other.

In addition, it is necessary to protect participants from legal liability for the actions of the DAO and to guarantee the possibility for them to vote and participate in the management of the organization.

📌 Moonbirds NFT debut

📌 The Sandbox plans to raise $400 million

The Sandbox meta-universe project is preparing to close a $400 million funding round, which could result in a valuation of the platform exceeding $4 billion.

Animoca Brands’ parent company is in talks with potential investors. Both the amount of the round and the valuation could change, depending on market sentiment.

In November 2021, the project raised $93 million. The Series B funding round was led by SoftBank’s Vision Fund 2. For the fund, the deal was the first investment in the crypto-industry and was aimed at accelerating the development of The Sandbox metaverse.
